| Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening
for Women Coos County Family Health Services provides free breast and cervical cancer screening to women who meet certain requirements. The program is for women ages 18-64 who have no health insurance, have insurance that does not pay for screening tests or have very high deductible. The Breast and Cervical Cancer Program includes complete physical exams including breast and pelvic exams, pap smears, mammogram and other appropriate tests. Cervical cancer screening is mainly for women who have never had a Pap test or have not had one in over 5 years. Mammography screening is mainly for women age 50 and over.
