Chief Operating Officer
Coos County Family Health Services is seeking a dynamic Individual to be our next COO.
This position is responsible for the day-to-day administration and overall activities of our medical practices at
CCFHS in conjunction with key employees, the Chief Medical Officer and the Chief Executive Officer.
They are also responsible for providing leadership, overall direction of state and federal programs
and overall management of practice operations.
Practice Operations include but are not limited to:
Senior Leadership Team; CMO Collaboration; Board of Directors Meetings; Patient Access/Staffing;
Practice Management; Day to Day Operations; Nursing Home Care; Recruitment/Interviews;
IT Committee/Activities; Personnel Issues/Concerns; Patient Complaints;
Internal Event Reports and Controlled Substance Subcommittees
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university in management, health care administration,
or human services administration; and one to two years related experience and/or training;
or equivalent combination of education and experience.
A master’s degree in public health may be substituted for experience.
This is a salaried exempt position.
Salary Range $105,000 – $120,000

Pharmacy Clerk
Pharmacy Clerk position available to work 40 hrs. per week in our medical offices.
Essential duties include improving access to affordable pharmaceuticals
for at-risk patients by utilizing assistance drug programs. Successful
candidate will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with
pharmaceutical drug company representatives and local pharmacies.
Must have strong organizational and computer skills and a
desire to work in a fast-paced medical office environment.

Team Coordinator
Team Coordinator position available to work 40 hours per week.
Responsible for greeting patients; triaging and directing telephone calls, inquiries, and enrolling patients for services;
updating patient demographics, insurance information, consent for services, personal contacts,
HIPAA information, etc; posting payments, co-pays and other related tasks as assigned;
and working with clinical teams to address patient services and satisfaction.
